 Get error messages during install Have tried to install it on Windows XP and Windows Vista Ultimate computers with the same error message on both. Downloaded from your site as well as CNET but it made no difference. Sent an email to tech support and they asked me if I had some setting in the program turned on and I replied 'No'.  I needed to map the network topology of our small office. I wanted to figure out which machines were connected to which switch without having to figure out the physical connections by tracing each network port to the patch panel which is a bit of a mess.
